Pre-pregnancy, Kim Kardashian is said to have cut out all gluten, sugar and dairy from her diet.

But she also reportedly had a more fun way of keeping the weight off - and it involved boyfriend Kanye West.

A family source said: "We jokingly refer to it as the sex diet. When one of us is having regular sex, that tends to burn calories and kill the appetite. Losing seven pounds in seven days means being a very naughty girl!"

Megan Fox quickly bounced back to her pre-baby body after giving birth to her son Noah in September 2012.

The actress has insisted she didn't work out after labour because she wanted to concentrate on being a mum, but instead she cut out all dairy.

She revealed: "I’m not eating dairy, that’s my biggest secret. It’s really hard on your hormones and it’s not good."

Megan added: "If you want to gain weight, eat dairy. If you don’t, don’t eat it."

Posh is a fan of Natasha Corrett’s diet and cookbook Honestly Healthy, which encourages weight loss through alkaline eating. And - bonus - it allows usual diet no-nos such as wine and pizza.

Oh Miranda Kerr, what we'd do to look like you.

The Victoria's Secret model does a lot of yoga but admits she's a "little lazy" when it comes to working out.

As well as eating healthy foods like spinach, avocado and broccoli, Miranda consumes a less obvious secret ingredient to help keep her looking good.

She said: "I personally take around four tablespoons of coconut oil per day, either on salads, in my cooking or in cups of green tea."

We all know drinking loads of water is great for you, but The Crazy In Love singer spices up her H20 by adding chicken or vegetable stock and warming it up. Tasty goodness for just 20 calories!

Bey has also been known to follow the Maple Syrup Diet . She ate nothing and simply drank a concoction of maple syrup, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and water six to nine times a day. As a result, she lost 1.5 stone in a fortnight for her role in Dream Girls. Hmmm, we're not sure we'd recommend this one!
